I’m Haley! Certified in many things fitness, and lover of being active and outside.I have 6+ Yeaes of experience with children ages 3months to 12 years. I worked at a childcare in a local gym for two years before becoming a nanny to two wonderful boys for two years, now I am still pastime in the fitness industry at the same company as back home in Chicago and am still doing the child care there as well. I have babysat MANY, family’s from meeting them in the child care and grew very close to some families. I’m looking for something closer to full time. I do work currently in Loveland 4-10:30am M, W, TH, F and 8-11am sundays. I am looking to either stay there and have less hours or just nanny full time. I’m super silly with kids and am strict when I need to be (within parents rules) I have ALOT of patience and do not put up with disrespect. I believe that everyone should be kind to everyone. Kindness comes from the heart because you care, niceness comes from manners to be polite. I respect boundaries very well with parents and the children. I always make sure mom and dad are cool with whatever we are doing and I always make sure child is excited for day to day activities and if they get in trouble I will make sure to get on their level and make sure they understand why and not just get frustrated with them.

We hired Haley to be a long term, full time nanny and she only ended up working for us for several weeks. In interviews she said she would be available full time, reliable, interact with the kids and take them outside. None of this happened very much. In interviews she said she would be available full time but it turns out she had over 7 doctors appointments each month that were not disclosed to us in interviews, car trouble and family trouble that kept her from being reliable for us. She rarely took the kids outside even to the backyard. I had to ask her to wash her own dishes in addition to the toddler's lunch dish and the baby bottles. I work from home and often came upstairs to see her on her phone with a toy plopped in front of the toddler. When I confronted her about it, she denied it but I saw it nearly everyday. She gave her resignation over text and did not give our family even 2 weeks notice to find another nanny. I would not hire Haley again and would not recommend her for another family.
