Hello! My name is Simone and I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education for nearly 25 years. I have been on the formal and informal side of education as a teacher in both private and public schools and for more than eight years as a Licensing Specialist, licensing large Child Care Centers and and Family Child Care facilities. The last eight years as a Licensing Specialist for Early Childhood Programs, I created and facilitated various Professional Development trainings for the early education workforce. I feel very fortunate to be using my education and skills to train Child Care Educators for they are the ones who greatly influence our children on a daily basis.
