My name is Hayley Dodson and I’m 24 years old. I’ve been involved in childcare for about 10 years, including babysitting, childcare facility employee, and full time career nannying. I have watched kids of all ages from newborn-teenager. In my full time nannying career, I mainly cared for infants including a baby born premature with special needs, two baby girls in a nanny share, twin baby boys, and just one baby. I have experience caring for the twins and their toddler brother, as well, so I am very comfortable with multiples. While nannying I incorporated music, singing, daily story times, daily outdoor time, and baby sign language into the day. I was comfortable cooking for baby (BLW, purees, finger food/meals) and doing household tasks related to baby.
