Hi! My name is Ainsley, and I'm a dependable, compassionate caregiver with experience caring for children of various ages in both home and professional settings. Although I am new to professional childcare, I have several years of babysitting experience where I've supported families with daily routines, playtimes, meals, and bedtime. In addition, I've been a volunteer in my church nursery, caring for infants and toddlers in a group environment. This role strengthened my ability to multitask, communicate clearly with parents, and create a calm, nurturing space for children with different needs and personalities. I also have experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician in both a nursing home and a hospital. This has given me strong skills in responsibility, attentiveness, and compassionate care. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, hiking, listening to vinyl records, and spending time with my cat!
