I am 20 years old, I have been babysitting and working with kids since I was 13. I currently work at a therapy center with kids with autism ranging from 2-10 years old. I adore working with kids, they never fail to make you laugh and smile I honestly believe it is one of the most fulfilling jobs you can have. I have worked with kids of all ages ranging from infants to teens. Each age has its own benefits and perks! With my current job, I hold a CPR certification, Medication administration verification, and my RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification. All of these things allow me to provide top-tier care and be prepared for any situation. One of my favorite things about working with kids is their constant wonders and bright outlooks, they never fail to help you see the positives in life!

Doesn’t have the experience she claims she has. She may have education but the experience isn’t there. Hired her to interact with my daughter for only 2 hours a day and found that she watched tv the majority of that time. When my daughter acted up after we moved to a new home, Allyson acted as if she didn’t know how to deal with her and talked to me as if my daughter was defiant despite me explaining that the move was negatively affecting her. ultimately she bailed on the job, leaving me 1.5 days to find a new sitter because she is UNCOMFORTABLE around children who have a history of being troubled. Not that they’re currently being trouble, but she’s uncomfortable by any negative history your children may have. if you do not have a perfect lifestyle and perfect children to come with it, Allison is not the person you want babysitting your children.
