Hello, my name is Kenzi and I am currently attending CU Boulder. I have been working with kids since I was twelve. I’ve worked with dozens of families with kids between the age of 12 weeks to fourteen years old. In the last five years I have worked between preschools and being a caregiver for a kid with special needs. Hi! I am an Elementary Education major at CU and will be a sophomore this year. I'm from Arlington Virginia, and I decided to go to school in Boulder because I wanted to experience living in a different environment while in college. I've been a babysitter for my neighbors in Arlington for 4+ years and have experience with kids of various ages. I love being a sitter for the same reason I want to be a teacher in the future, the kids! My childcare experience includes working as a camp counselor at Congressional Camp in Falls Church, Virginia the summer of 2023. I led groups of school-aged children through camp activities such as crafts, cooking, science, and sports. I also assisted with field trips, first aid, meal distribution, and maintaining a safe and fun environment. As a senior in high school, I took an Early Childhood Education class where we experienced fieldwork rotations as assistant teachers. Searching for a new summer 2025 position! I work full time in elementary special education (BVSD) during the school and am also completing a master's degree in behavior analysis.
