I do not encourage tv, or electronic time for over 2 hours a day split this time in 30 mins increment during the day to watch educative videos for manners, civism, and other educational program according to age. I encourage children to be handy with motor skills, to develop and, enable them to explore, gain independence, and perform daily tasks like self-care. create, innovate, learning, and play. With parents permission, and depending on age, I offer rewards for good behavior, homework, parents assigned shores etc... I have 15+ years experience in babysitting.
