We used Samantha (Sam) for about 3 months. We used her for after school help. Sam was really reliable, flexible and a great communicator. We did not use Sam in a true babysitting fashion, but very confident she can work in that space and do a great job. Our kids are older and enjoyed being around and having Sam to help out.
