After working at a well-established private early childhood education center as both a primary and supporting teacher in its infant, toddler, and preschool programs I am now looking forward to transitioning into a nannying role. I am currently a part-time student at Fairfield University working towards my bachelors degree with concentrations in both educational studies and sociology. As a teacher I have demonstrated my commitment to complete accountability, organization, emerging curriculum, developmentally appropriate practices, hands on learning and above all else - the health and safety of all children in my care. As a student I have fostered my passion for understanding human behavior and developmental growth while being engaged in a well-rounded educational environment. Before transitioning into my role as a teacher, I acted as the leader of a group of students volunteering at a local non-profit daycare in Bridgeport.
