Hello! I'm 37, I've raised two children of my own (who are now older teenagers), have babysat for twins and several families and also have taken some early childhood education college courses. I adore children and believe in giving them the same love and care as I would my own children. Since I was a teenager I have babysat, worked in daycare centers and volunteered in schools. I'm a fun, creative and loving person who tries to keep your household running smoothly while I'm there. I'll gladly help with laundry, dishes and light household duties while the child is sleeping (your child is my number one priority). I'm also a pet friendly sitter, so if you have pets they will get great care and love too. All household routines will be followed by me and I'll gladly assist with any new lessons your child is working on (potty training, walking, Read more learning to ride a bike, etc). With infants I enjoy rocking them, helping them learn life skills (sitting, crawling, walking, etc), going for walks, singing to them and ensuring all their needs are met with love. Toddlers and preschoolers I love to be silly, get creative and do crafts, go to the park, see a movie or go to a museum, take them to the library, have outdoor play, work with play doh and water play (for sensory development) and read to/with them. Older children - I like to do what they are into whether it be seeing a movie, playing some baseball, heading over to the amusment park or going bowling. I make sure they have done any chores or homework that is assigned to them first.
