I am a 51 year old Nurse who started doing Private Duty over a year ago, and wound up working with a couple of family's who had newborn's and I realized how much I missed being around babies. When my kids were younger I was always watching nephews, nieces, my godson, twin goddaughters, and have watched many friends kids from the time they came home from the hospital until they were old enough to stay home alone. This last year I have worked with a high risk pregnancy mother and her baby, and took care of the newborn until they moved to CA. I worked with a mother with a newborn and 15 month old, and helped her with a work related injury as well as her kids. I also take care of hospice patients but it would be nice to work with newborns and their siblings for a while.
