My background includes working with youths in a program development and leadership roles in Non Profit Organizations since i was 16. I am currently a Youth Coordinator with the Easton Community Center. My responsibilities include running before and after school programs with up to 100 elementary aged kids. In the summer I run a summer camp for elementary school aged children. My skill set gained through this experience has afforded me the opportunity to acquire valuable knowledge of membership coordination, youth & teen programs, adult league organization, community involvement and day-to-day operational coordination. My communication strengths, as well as my ability to connect with youths and establish trusting relationships, position me to thrive in this role.
