I had been a mother's helper since I was 10 for a family with 3 children. Later I started babysitting for them on occasion. I then became a babysitter for a family who lived down the road from me, they had boys all under the age of 7. I later worked fairs where the job could be anything from working in a food stand to watching her 3 yr old for the weekend while my boss worked the stand. I just recently worked at a daycare and became CPR ad first aid certified. I worked there only a short time, about a month and a half, leaving due to personal reasons. I then went back to work part time for a family friend helping her with her two special needs children. One is 9 and the other is 5 yrs old. I am currently looking for a more permanent full Read more time job while going to school to become a teacher. I also have a niece that is 3 yrs old that I will watch when needed and my boyfriend has two children who I also watch occasionally, they are 4 and 2 yrs old.
