I have experience with individuals with developmental disabilities from my current job where I work as a job coach assisting individuals with work as well and monitoring and documenting any behaviors while at work while trying to modify and redirect these behaviors as well. While doing this, I have gotten a positive rapport from the clients I interact with daily. I also have experience with driving (PSL) and have kept a good driving record. I find myself to be extremely self-motivated, personable and a quick learner, which are skills I can bring to the table while assisting individuals. In my time as a job coach for Goodwill of Southern New England, I have found a passion for being involved in this field and working with clients who have developmental disabilities. I am CPR, first aid, and PMT certified.
