As a childcare provider,I have mastered the strategies needed to enable your child to be self-motivated and self-confident. I am going to know and understand your child's individual needs within a very short time. I will understand how to energize and motivate your child by catering to their own personal behavior cues. Your child's environment will be nurturing, safe, positive and high energy. Babies, toddlers, and school age children are all favorites of mine. Please feel free to call me. 203-359-9355 or 203-253-3708 Sue Alswanger

Sue has been a part of our family for two and a half years. We have two girls ages five and eight. We love that Sue always has a positive attitude, and comes up with creative ways to engage and play with the children. She never raises her voice and has mastered the skill of disciplining through reasoning. Attention is paid to detail and excellence when supervising homework. Sue is always willing to contribute life experiences and life messages to both the children and ourselves, anticipating our whole families wants and needs. I can always count on her good judgements. While working, I feel so lucky to have someone so special to watch my daughters.

Sue has been working in our church nursery on Sundays, and has been a hit even with our most "difficult" kids. She is very engaged with children, but also very professional about boundaries and maintaining a safe environment. I have been impressed by her proactive approach to enhancing the childcare time, offering to incorporate some educational activities. She is affectionate, steady, reliable and communicates well - and she likes being with children.
