I have been working in this field for over 10 years. I've worked in camps as a counselor,unit director and supervisor. I've worked in a daycare for over 10 years as well,on and off. I teach cooking classes too at risk youth as well as providing emotional/academic support in the classroom when I am not teaching cooking. I also have culinary experience, teaching, catering etc.
