Hey I’m Laura! I’m a big sister, quite literally born into babysitting and childcare! I have cared for kids of all ages from a young age myself, from helping to raise my own siblings and cousins to their friends and countless families I’ve met and helped over the years. I’m good with kids of all ages, and never shy away from a big family. I’m comfortable with early mornings, late nights, or daylong excursions of drop-offs and errands. I also have 5+ years of pet sitting and home care experience, for when families go on vacation or on business trips. Many of those are families who’s kids are too old to need supervision but who like that I am already comfortable in their houses with their families and pets, so less stress for them when going away. I believe what sets me apart is my ability to adapt my energy Read more to the kids I’m caring for. I can handle hyper and high anxiety, I can handle low energy, and every level in between. I like to help you help your kids, whether it’s sticking to needed routines or following a sporadic schedule. My favorite quote is “be the adult you needed as a child”, and I’d love to be a positive adult addition to your kid’s lives and growth. :)
