I have four years of work experience working at an inpatient psychiatric facility with a wide variety of children, all ages, all diagnoses. During this time, I orchestrated group therapy (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, alongside Trauma Informed Care) and immediately found working with children to be incredibly rewarding. Additionally, I have two young sisters (ages 6 and 9) of which I regularly helped babysat/nannied/tutored when I lived in Montana with the rest of my family. I am presently new to the D.C. area and am a full-time student looking to nanny part time as I know I'll dearly miss interacting with my sisters and my patients.
