Truthfully, I grew up helping my mother raise my younger brother and babysitting the next door neighbor's young children. I can potty train young children, aid in schoolwork/teach them to prep them for school, and help develop proper social skills. I've learned how to teach children proper conflict resolution skills between one another and have had success in aiding children with behavioral problems. I believe communicating with children and treating them with respect is the best way to aid their growth into benevolent young adults. I believe in fostering independence and individuality in children yet still reminding them of the importance of teamwork and building healthy friendships with those around them.
