Why I Love Working with Children I find working with children to be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. Their natural curiosity, energy, and ability to find joy in simple things is contagious. Helping to nurture and guide their development is an immense privilege. Every child is a unique individual, and getting to know their personalities, interests, and learning styles makes each day engaging. My Experience With over 15 years of experience working with children, I have a deep well of knowledge to draw from. My background as a registered nurse for the past two years has given me specialized medical training in caring for children with disabilities or special needs. I understand how to adapt activities, communication styles, and environments to be inclusive and supportive of every child's abilities. During my career, I've had the opportunity to work in diverse settings - daycares, schools, hospitals, and community programs. I'm highly observant of emotional/physical needs and skilled at developing individualized care plans. Most importantly, I pour my heart into this work.
