I have my Master's in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, and my Bachelor's in Psychology both from the University of South Florida. I also have by Child Developmental Associates (CDA). I have my own vehicle and am willing to not only help with drop-offs/pick ups but also driving to and from activities. I am currently a clinical counselor for Children’s Home Society, and in the past I worked as a preschool teacher for 4 years. As a result I probably have more children’s books than most. I not only love to read to kids but also enjoy planning activities that simulate kids in areas of cognitive, social, motor and emotional development. I enjoy outdoor activities and anything from walking and hiking, going to the park, playing disk golf, kicking around a ball, going to the beach, fishing, biking, swimming, and anything else that allows me the opportunity to have fun Read more while being active and safe. I have more art supplies than I know what to do with, from acrylic paints to scrapbooking materials, materials to make bracelets or discovery bottles. I’m not afraid to finger paint or sink my hands in clay with little ones. As a previous preschool teacher I am use to working with a lot of kids while keeping them entertained and safe. I am certified in both CPR and First Aid.
