Hi there, & welcome to my profile! My name is Caitlyn, and I'm so glad you're here. For the last 12 years, I have performed on Cinderella Castle Stage at Walt Disney World as a singer/actress! You may have seen some of my "friends" *wink wink* (Ariel, Elsa, Sleeping Beauty, etc!). I LOVE to cook healthy meals (3 a day when I can!), clean and organize (seriously), and most of all... look after children! I've nannied all over the US (& in Canada!) for multiple families. I will make sure your children are loved & part of creative learning, and that their meals are prepared and rooms tidied. I have a completely clean driving record and can provide professional references! I have always been fascinated with and in awe of children. I nannied all throughout college, and found myself in childcare positions even after I'd graduated and started a successful Read more performing career. I have tutored ages 6-18, have extensive experience with newborns and toddlers, and have a background in Montessouri education and lifestyle. At one point, I lived in Montreal where I was responsible for twin two year olds, a three year old and a five year old! (AND their FRENCH SPEAKING Dog... ohhh the stories I could tell lol). Needless to say, multitasking is my specialty! I believe that children deserve respect and autonomy, and that I am a helpful observer and leader with my behavior. I do not raise my voice. I give children the power of choice. Hands-on learning is wildly impactful, and screen time is... not a thing lol. Of course, I always follow the wishes of the parents, but I prefer a hands-on, creative and active child-lead approach to childcare. I've been a long-term nanny for 3 families, and a vacation nanny for literally hundreds. In Orlando, I've been a part of the Orlando Tour Company for 7 years. As an In Park Concierge Assistant,, it was my job to facilitate memorable vacation for visiting families. I handled everything from park reservations to diaper changes and melt-down preventing. I've taught dance classes for little ones, and also an in-hotel boutique service company that gives princess makeovers to little ones! (I love doing hair, makeup, and princess lessons) I've helped children learn to walk. I've potty trained littles. I've helped failing kids learn to read, and helped shy ones find their confidence.
