I am retired from 25 years in the accounting field and am pursuing my passion which is to care for children. I have experience and excellent references. As a single mother I worked as a live in nanny/mother's helper for two families for a total of five years. The first family had twin infants and two siblings in Kindergarten. The second family had an infant and a Kindergartener as well. Since then I worked in accounting for twenty five years and moonlighted babysitting for several families. I retired April 2016 and am pursuing my passion which is to care for children. In January 2017 I babysat for a family that hired me on Care.com until the end of the third week in January. Since then they moved to Maryland. In February 2017 I began babysitting a four month old boy. I babysat him till June 2018. I then started babysitting Read more a four year old boy. I stayed with his family for four years. Currently I am nannying a toddler girl. I've been with this family since April 2022. She is starting preschool in December. I am very hands on, read to the children, play outdoors with them and engage in other age appropriate activities. Also I am a safe driver of a 2023 VW Jetta and love animals. I hope to hear from you!
