My child care philosophy is based on the importance of connecting, be empathetic, and being consistent. I love working with children because of their curiousity and enthusiasm for life. If they want something they go for it. These are qualities that need be nurtured and encouraged. They are amazed by the world and all the opportunities it provides and we are here to help them develop emotionally, physically, and mentally to be able to achieve life goals.
