I have 3 children ages 25, 22, and 19. I have previously worked in a daycare with infants & toddlers, and have been working with children and babysitting since I was a teenager myself. I am a social worker who worked with teenagers before having my own children as well. More recently I worked with a baby from 3 months old to 8 months old. Unfortunately, the family needed more hours than I could provide, so he moved to a daycare in his father's work where a spot opened. In this short time, I became attached to him and his parents and felt like part of the family. I also worked with a senior citizen part time for 3 years as well as with 2 other families. one of which had 2 girls 10 and 12 that ended when covid started because they and their parents were all home. My Read more last job before I moved to Florida was with a famiy with 3 children 16, 11 and 8. I did homework with them, worked on time management and organization, anxiety issues ,and also prepared meals, laundry , drove them places, basically whatever was needed. I loved the famiy and have kept in touch since I moved. I do some educational work as well. As soon As I arrived in Florida I started working for a family with 3 kids , 12, 8 and 5, basic childcare as well as helping with social skills , anger management and anxiety. I also did laundry, meal prep, errands, driving kids, organizing and anything else that was needed. Due to a sudden death in the family , the grandmother is moving in so my hours be drastically decreased. I also bought a condo in Coconut Creek and wouldn’t mind something a little closer: l will keep working with the kids for awhile but they understand my need to move on. I would absolutely love to watch more children part time! I adore babies and children and love the fun they bring into my life. I look forward to meeting a great new family!
