Meet Jensen

Vaccinated 7/5/21 I recently graduated from Florida Atlantic University where I studied psychology with a focus geared towards children/behavioral psych. I appreciate connecting with children where I find I can learn just as much from them as they can from me. My first job was the neighborhood babysitter at 12. I still feel proud that families trusted me (even as a child) with their children. In high school I became a lifeguard at my local pool. An experience that strengthened my relationship with both safety and children. I am up-to-date with CPR certification through Red Cross. As I approached college, I knew I wanted to channel my passion with psychology focusing in family/children emphasis. Achieving my degree was an incredible personal success but cannot compare to the access of knowledge I can now apply with working with children. The last 3 years I have been apart of a special organization Read more Best Buddies- helping those with Intellectual Disabilities. I care about the little moments in one's life- a good book you never forget, exploring the park, coloring something to life, creating something new, memories to last a lifetime. I am a trustworthy and responsible. I am a good leader with a kind heart. I love brainstorming new ideas and activities. I appreciate fun learning techinqiues with children. I am also comfortable with pets and house-work.
