I recently moved to Deltona from Pennsylvania. I am a very positive person, with lots of energy and enthusiasm, and a great love for children. I have a doctorate in Education and a master's in School Counseling, I have many years of experience as a counselor, teacher, and school administrator. I have tons of experience with children of all ages – from infants to adolescents – including gifted children and children with special needs. My three kids are grown – ages 27, 24, and 21. I homeschooled my children with great success so I am very comfortable assisting with school work. I believe play is fundamental to child development so I encourage children to play interactively and explore, focusing on what interests them, but also broadening their horizons by trying new things. I especially like to bring learning to life with hands-on activities and outings.
