Hi my name is Ella, I’m 19 years old and have a lot of experience with caring for children. I started babysitting at 14 and continued all throughout highschool. After highschool I started working at a school being a counselor Afterschool and worked with kids ages 8-11 and then continued in to the summer doing camp with kids 4-6 where I would be watching 20-25 kids at a time. I have my CPR certificate and have been told by many parents and kids that the love me. I always make sure to form special connections with the kids I’m taking care of , making sure that they know they are safe and well cared for. I am creative, fun, bubbly, and energetic but can also be strict when needed to be and am always thinking about the child’s safety and well-being.
