Hi, my name is Kayla and I have been working with children for the past 7 years. I am a friendly, caring, responsible, hardworking, and an outgoing person. In high school I babysat and tutored for several different families. I started working at Gainesville Health and Fitness when I was 16. I worked my way up to Supervisor where I managed up to 8 employees on shift, including the childcare staff. I then became the Kids Club Director where I managed up to 40 employees for all 3 Kids Club centers. Some of my duties included hiring, scheduling staff, training, coordinating activities, performing staff evaluations, communicating with parents, ordering supplies, overseeing cleaning and maintenance operations for all 3 Club centers, and working with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. I have been nannying for the past year for two different families. I am currently in school majoring in Read more Elementary Education and Mathematics. I love building such strong connections with the children I care for while giving them a lot of love. I have cared for all ages and up to 5 children at a time. I am looking for the opportunity to nanny for an amazing and loving third family.
