I know "loving family caretaker" has almost become cliche nowadays. However, as I was thinking of the best way to describe my experiences with the children I've had the privilege of caring for, I couldn't help but put it down as that has been my experience and it is who I am. I've worked for years, mainly babysitting and taking care of family's children and friend's children. I love being with kids and caring for them and watching them grow and learn through me and through the experiences that they go through, such as the moment when a 9 month old discovers that her/his feet can actually carry her and hold her up for more than 10 seconds. There is no greater satisfaction than being a part of a child's growth and loving on them. I currently babysit on occasion three young kiddos, a 1 year old, 2 year and Read more 7 year old. They are my joys every time I watch them!
