My passion in caring for the elderly started when my mom had a stroke in 1997 and became paralyzed . I took care of her for 5 years until I came to the U.S. Since then , I've been accepting jobs offer from the elderly taking care of them including meal preparation in thier private homes . In 2010 , I attended a CNA class and got certified including CPR. I worked with APEX companion Care as a care giver . On my days off , I baby sit to add extra income . I have one child and he is 12 now . In 1994 when I was still in my country Philippines , I went to Malaysia to work as a nanny taking care of 2 year old twin boys for 3 years . I taught them how to read , count, draw and sing . I also Read more prepared meals for the twins . I am very interested and excited to work with you , I promised that I will do my best with my responsibilities and duties given to me.
