I started my career in child card when I was 19 as a after school school-age teacher and I had the goal to become an elementary school teacher. Soon after that, the faculty I was working at suspended their school age program. I became an infant but mostly toddler teacher specializing in children 1-3 years. I worked at that facility for three years while I completed my associates degree and started my bachelor degree in elementary education. I’ve lived in Jacksonville for two years now (moved from Daytona) & have been taking a break from my own education & teaching for a year in May. Eventually, I want to finish my degree and return to studying elementary education. At this time, I have my most payed experience in preschool education and I’ve found over 4 years I have more passion and motivation to teach preschool anyway.
