I grew up in a small Midwest town, born and raised in Dresser, WI. Upon graduation from St. Croix Falls High School in 2007, I moved to the twin cities area of Minnesota (Minneapolis/St Paul) to pursue a degree in Child Development. After college I put my degree to work in classroom and private nanny positions for several years in Minnesota before making the move to Jacksonville, FL to join my now-husband in July 2013. Since then I have continued my work as a private in-home nanny. We have enjoyed soaking up the sun in FL for the past 2 years, but we are very excited to be relocating to Bend, OR at the end of June. I am currently seeking a full-time nanny position and I am eager to start as soon as I am needed! I am incredibly close with the two families I worked for in MN and FL, as I truly became part of their families and loved and cared for the children as if they were my own. I am eager to start this next chapter of my life in beautiful Bend and to establish a close relationship and bond with a new family. Teaching has always been a passion I have carried. Throughout the duration of my time teaching at Kinder Care, there was no greater feeling than successfully running my own classroom and having parents thank me for taking such good care of their children. Many complimented me on running a room full of toddlers so smoothly and making it appear simple. As much as I enjoyed teaching, being a nanny is quite similar but in a more intimate environment- the child's home.
