I’m an outgoing, creative and hands-on babysitter. I am a mom to 3 beautiful, neurodivergent children. I’ll be starting a grad school program next Fall for a Master’s in Social Work. I plan is to work with children with different learning styles, anxiety and certainly neurodivergent children and teens with autism, adhd, dyslexia, auditory processing disorders and many others. I have first hand extensive experience in caring for toddlers and elementary kids with autism, adhd and auditory processing as well as non-verbal children. I have two autistic children and one with adhd/tic disorder. I used to nanny a little girl from 4 months to 2 1/2 when I had my youngest baby. I typically babysit 5 elementary aged children sporadically. I am a hands-on babysitter and will provide sensory activities, arts and crafts and outside/inside play, and fun healthy snacks, lunch or dinner. I absolutely love science and some of Read more my planned activities are kid-safe science “experiments” like homemade Play doh, kinetic sand, homemade ice cream and bath bombs. I will provide a detailed list of planned activities as well as pictures and a final “report” of the time together. Tutoring and basic sign language for young toddlers with expressive language delays are available upon request. I’m CPR certified with both children and infants. My recent level 2 background check was completed 1 year ago at my children’s school. That can be provided if requested. Working on early education and elementary school teaching certificate as well.
