When I began do care giving services I was young and I knew that it would be the perfect job for me because ever since I can remember as a little girl me and my family had been taking good care of my grandmother. As I grew older I didn't look at companion services being a job I looked at every individual as if they were my grandmother. So with that being said I have a passion for this. My goal is to assist the elderly and disabled to do whatever they feel is possible for them and when someone says you can't I'm there to help in saying yes you can. I have worked with individuals in a assisted living facilities as well as in their own home since 2004. I have experience with verbal and non verbal individuals as well as experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I Read more am also certified in working with people with developmental disabilities. I have my certification for CPR and First Aid.
