I currently work full time at a Senior community as Life Enrichment Director but with so much loss with the job, it's starting to take a toll on me. I'm seriously considering switching back to my former profession as a nanny but I don't want to switch unless I find the right family with the right schedule. I am a Cerfified Dementia Practitioner with almost 5 years of experience. I am required to plan everything 3 months in advance so I'm great with time management and I have excellent organizational skills. I plan activities and outings for my seniors which include, crafts, games, lessons, fundraising, and intergenerational programming. If I find the right family, I would plan activities weeks in advance according to their needs so theres no time for problems or tantrums.
