Hello, my name is Melanie but I usually have parents and kiddos call me Mel. I consider myself to be a very kind, energetic, people person. I am currently still studying in FIU working towards my bachelors and working part time. Although I am only 20 years old I have been working with children for about three years now. I began by working at an Elementary School as an after school leader in which I worked with children ages 4-9 and my work there consisted of helping them with homework, organizing games/activities for the children, providing snack, etc. Later I became RBT certified which allowed me to begin working with children with ASD and provide them with ABA therapy through my company. I have worked with children between the ages of 3-14 with many different behaviors, personalities, quirks, habits, rituals, etc. And it has given me a ton of experience Read more in the field.
