Hey - my name is Olivia, but I'm not opposed to going by Liv if there are too many "Olivias" in the room. My most recent and relevant childcare experience has been acquired by working as both an Elementry and pre-school teaching assistant. While attending Columbia University I was a homework helper for families on the Upper West Side. Spending a substantial amount of time with children has given me a knack for creating an atmosphere for kids to learn, have fun and flourish- getting both the "little kids", and "big kiddos" engaged in learning opportunities and enhancing skills of any sort. I'm a pretty energetic person, and would consider myself to be energetic and engaging. Unless its the time of day or night to unwind and relax, I love to converse, play board games, get into an art project, pick up a game of basketball, or anything that's outdoors.
