I miss that special time with young children (nothing like legos, butterflies, stories and songs!). After 20 years of raising children, I didn't plan for what I would do when they left for college! Having had childcare, I realize the support it can provide and I miss providing that support for friends and family. I have a strong faith, good insticts and a huge heart for kids. I was always that playdate mom, room mom, PTA, team mom, tutoring and at times homeschooling multi-aged children in groups. I have a passion for children; I enjoy seeing their individual talents, watching them learn and explore, helping them to discover the wonders of the world around them. I come from educators and nurturers and I am just not done with that yet. I am organized, like to keep things tidy, love to make plans for children as they grow. I am reliable, Read more flexible and dependable. I enjoy writing logs to let parents know the highlights of their child’s day and their milestones. Open and honest communication are vital and trust is at the center of childcare and parent direction along with familial consistency helps children to feel close to mom and dad while they are away. My goal is to provide your children with a peaceful, loving, safe environment while mom and dad work and to allow that work to be unencumbered, knowing that someone is with them who is caring for them as if their own. I have experience from infant to Highschool, nurseries, field trips, travel, classrooms, playgrounds, tutoring and overnight stays.
