Hello, My name is Danielle and I'm a newly graduated Highschool student. At present, I reside in Oldsmar Florida. I have 6 sisters and 7 neices and nephews ranging from age 1 to 14, so I have definitely done my fair share of babysitting. I decided to join sittercity because I love working with children of all ages. As a member of the National Honors Society I have worked with young children ages 5 and up through various volunteer activities such as after school tutoring. I have also done summer camp counseling in which I was able to put together fun activities (ex: arts&crafts, cooking, spanish lessons etc)for children aged 3 to 8. My two youngest two nephews were born less than a year apart and being that their moms had to return to work early, I was able to gain a lot of experience in working with infants; as Read more I was delegated part time babysitter. During that time my mom (who has over 23 years of childcare experience) taught me a lot about caring for young infants and I'd say my specialties would have to be preparing bottles, nap time, feeding time, changing diapers and most importantly keeping my eyes and ears open at all times to ensure their safety & tend to their every need. I consider myself to be a very loving, kind and respectful person. I live by the motto that everyone deserves to be treated with the love respect that they deserve as human beings no matter how young or old they may be and in doing so I can guarantee you that your child/children (and pets, they're family too) will not be mistreated while in my care.
