Lorena engaged with us, expressed interest in the position, scheduled the interview and cancelled 1 hour prior to interview. In my opinion that’s very unreliable.

Scheduled a phone interview and she was late with no explanation. I reached out to ask whether we were still scheduled to speak and she provided with a reason for being late and she called me. She seemed kind, experienced, and honestly like a perfect fit for our family so we scheduled an in-person interview. When I texted her to confirm the in-person interview (about an hour beforehand) she told me she had to cancel. I asked whether we should reschedule and I never heard back. Communication is so very important especially where childcare is concerned so this was very disappointing.
