I am currently a Florida certified teacher with multiple endorsements. I can provide a link to my certificate upon request. I was also National Board Certified in 2003 as a middle childhood generalist. My masters degree is in Reading education K-12, and I earned it from the University of Florida in 2005. I have over 15 years experience in education, as a teacher, reading coach, and reading specialist/professional developer. I am currently not teaching due to kidney disease. While I am unable to commit to a classroom full of children, one child (or two) is not an issue at all. I can still do most things, it just takes me longer. I am recently separated and have no children of my own, so my schedule is open and flexible. I have a basic foundation of music theory, and sang in chorus in school. I can also play the basics on Read more piano and guitar, so if you need some music lessons, they can come with my services as part of my care.
