Hello, My name is Amanda Jackson. I've been in childcare for 6+Years, 12 if you count being a mother (4 beautiful children). I worked for Headstart/Early Headstart from 2014 until 2021. When I first entered childcare I was a substitute teacher in classrooms with children aged 3-5. I would get request at numerous sites daily and one day the supervisor asked me to join the team permanently. I took my ECH course and got certified in the state of Florida to work. I worked with 3 year old for 2 years, 2 year old for 1 year and asked to be accepted into the infant classrooms where I worked the remainder of my time. I enjoy seeing the new developments and helping contributing to them with the infants. I miss working with children, however needed a change in the atmosphere for which care was provided.
