Don't bother wasting your time with this one. Yesliann looks good on paper and says all the right things. We conducted a screening call and all went well so we decided to move forward and set up an in person interview. Yesliann confirmed the appointment the day of and the appointment was set for 5 pm, she text me at 4:30 pm saying that she was not feeling well. We totally understood, told her to take care and reach out once she feels better. She reached out us first thing Monday morning once she was checked out and confirmed that she was in good health. We rescheduled the appointment for yesterday, Tuesday evening. Yesliann did a no call, no show. It is such a shame and extremely unprofessional. I would not want someone with this work ethic and irresponsibility watching my children.
