Mary Beth sat for our two-year old son multiple times in 2023 and we could not be more delighted with her help. She was caring and compassionate and very responsible, consulting with us on all aspects of our son’s care. Mary Beth was always punctual and has our complete trust and confidence. It was a real pleasure getting to know her. Most importantly, our son was always happy to see her. Mary Beth is his favorite sitter!

I'm a warm, dependable caregiver who loves being around children. While I haven't worked as a professional nanny, I spent years as a stay-at-home mom raising my own two children from infancy through their school years. That experience taught me patience, organization, and how to keep little ones safe, happy, and on a consistent routine. I live on a street where everyone has kids, and while the other parents were working, it always seemed like the whole neighborhood would end up at my house—something I truly loved. I'm comfortable with everything from diaper changes and feedings to naps, playtime, and gentle learning activities, and I'm always glad to help keep the home tidy along the way. I'd love to bring that same care and reliability to your family.

Hi! My name is Teanna. I am a caring and fun individual who is proactive with an extensive background in child care. I currently am looking for a family for full or part time for daytime or night position. I previously have been a full time nanny for 8 families over the past 10 years and have babysat for over 300 families. I have experience in sleep training, baby led weaning, and special needs. Prior to that I worked at Manatee Children's Services as a secretary/clerk, where I helped watch a group of about 12 children 5 and under a couple times a month for a program. I attended school at USF with a major in Criminology. Some of my newborn experience came from hands on experience with my parents when they ran a shelter for babies . In the span of 20 years they took care of over 1200 babies that were drug abused, neglected or premature. Taking care of babies growing up has taught me to be patient and understanding and also fueled my love for taking care of children.

Hello there! My name is Tyler, and I am excited to serve you and your family! I am a senior year at University of South Florida studying Health Sciences. I have experience working with children in multiple areas. For the past year and a half I've had the honor to support a family with their little boy from 4 months to almost 2 yrs old. I've used my swim instructor background to teach water safety and the foundation of learning to swim with confidence. We also learned over 30 sign language signs together to support his active participation in communication as well as introduced familiarity toward Spanish conversation. In collaboration with their family, I was able to provide a consistency in values and expectations throughout every stage to best support the family they wanted to build. Before nannying for this family, I was a lifeguard for 3 years, where I also taught swim lessons to children ages newborn to 15+ years old. I have practice enforcing discipline in a respectful way and keeping children engaged while learning. Additionally, I have babysat for families with kids between infant and 10 years old. I love being outside with children and encouraging their curiosities. I love providing a safe space for children to explore and test their curiosities without intrusive inturuptions. Getting active and playful is also so much fun because I find this is when those big belly laughs come out! About me personally, my biggest dream is to build a large and lively family with my fiancé someday with our parents there to enjoy. I want to support my community as a lactation consultant, and I dream of working with my local church at the time to donate my services to those who could not afford it otherwise. I love reading, swimming, furry friends, practicing my Spanish, spending time with loved ones, and being in nature. Throughout all of this, I am continuously deepening my faith in God and surrendering my life to His will.

Hi, my name is Marsha. I am 64 years young with plenty of energy and I think I may be a wonderful person to care for your family, while you are working. I know how nerve-racking it can be to go to work, leaving your precious child to a stranger to care for. Let me reassure you that a part of my job is to make you comfortable enough with me to allow you to focus on your jobs while at work. I have TONS of experience caring for newborns. I have raised 3 successful adult children of my own. I have 3 grandchildren whom I adore, and I love children. I am currently a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer Advocate in the 20th Circuit Court and volunteer for ANA’s Friends, which is the foundation that supports the Guardian ad Litem Program. A Guardian ad Litem is court ordered to care for foster children and look out for the best interests of a foster child. I am mandated by the court to visit these children at least once a month, but normally see them twice a month and every 90 days I write a report for the court giving my opinion of how each child is doing and what if anything, they need. This also entails having a Level 2 background check. I have been a foster parent to a few babies, many years ago, who were abandoned in a Detroit hospital. My late husband was an OB/GYN working as a resident at this hospital and came home telling me how many babies were in the hospital nursery. The nurses did their best but did not have the time to care for them as these babies deserved. I also had a small home-based daycare for a while and cared for newborns thru 5-year-olds. I have kept up with current opinions of childcare from newborns to older children. Things are always evolving on how to care for children, and I pride myself on keeping current on the latest advice but believe that ultimately the parents have the responsibility of deciding how to raise their children. I am completely current and certified in First Aid, CPR and AED. I have also been a swim instructor. I believe in having a routine for children, as long as the parents agree. I use baby sign language with small children along with repeating the words for children who are not yet verbal. Children can sign much earlier than they can speak and this helps with their frustration in not being able to let you know what they want or need, as long as the parents agree to this. I believe it takes a village to raise a child, with the parents leading the way. I would love to be part of your village.
