The past two summers I have worked summer camp. I worked one-on-one with children with special needs of varying ages, but usually the upcoming first and second graders. However, I have also been a general counselor for older kids (pre-teen) and kindergarteners. This past year at college I have continued working with kids of varying ages with special needs, during the school year I volunteer every Monday helping people ages 2-adults swim. I have been babysitting since I was 12 (I am currently 19, turning 20 in August). I have experience with infants and babies and have no problem changing diapers and preparing bottles/feeding. I am also comfortable nannying more than one child at a time as I have babysat over four children at once and have led a group of 12 kindergarteners at camp.
