We interviewed Grace and spoke to her reference. We hired her and were looking forward to her starting with us a couple weeks later. I heard from her again about a week before she was to start and then never heard from her again. She did not show up nor contact us to let us know she wasn't interested or could not work for us. Very disappointing.
