I am an experienced, CPR certified nanny and babysitter who has 3 college degrees all in child-related fields. My career was spent as a guidance counselor and psychotherapist. I am both a mother and grandmother so have a wealth of personal hands-on experience in addition to being a nanny for the past 3 years. I also do a great deal of weekend days and evening babysitting. Since my career was spent helping individuals and families have a better quality of life, in addition to being 100% focused on your child (or children), I do all I can to help parents create a peaceful home. This would mean that after meeting the needs of an infant or older child/children (via making their meals, doing crafts, educational activities, outdoor activities, homework, drive to lessons in my safe SUV, etc., as rarely the TV is turned on), while they nap, I do laundry Read more (wash/dry/fold/put away), organize, cook, clean, and do anything else to make your life simpler/clutter-free once you get home from work. I am extremely creative and sell items in several boutiques on the Emerald Coast. I would love to bring out the creative side in your children. I am a youth group leader here at Destiny Worship Center and taught Divorce Care for 16 years at my former church. So often, couples do not take care of their relationship and they grow apart. The fact that you are seeking a nanny is a wise move. In our stress-filled world, families are stretched to the max and couples must make time for each other. You will be amazed at what I will accomplish in your home so that you can spend quality time with each other and your children. I live in Santa Rosa Beach and prefer to work at least 8 hour or longer days. Currently, I am looking for either a Mon, Wed, Fri or a full time position.
