For the past 20 years, I was an educator in Missouri. While there, I had the privilege of working with first and second graders, but spent most of my years with 3 to 5 year old children teaching preschool. It was quite the adventure as I managed and taught a classroom of 18 - 20 children per year for 14 years. I love this age. Preschoolers are little sponges, soaking up knowledge and life all around them. I love their enthusiasm, curiosity, and energy and would love the opportunity to work with you to help your child/children reach their fullest potential. Though most of my experience is with preschoolers, I absolutely loved the toddler/infant age siblings who would come to visit our classroom. I would often hold them, talk to them, and show them all the interesting and engaging things in our classroom. Many of them later became my preschool Read more students, and I built many long lasting relationships with my students and their families. It is my hope that I will be able to do the same as a nanny. There is nothing more exciting than watching a little one grow, develop, and reach his or her fullest potential.
