Hello! My name is Rachel and I love spending time with children! I am currently working in behavioral health care in the children's crisis stabilization unit which I will be leaving soon. My current job is not easy, but extremely rewarding. With that being said, I have worked with kids under all different circumstances especially ones with behavioral problems. I have multiple trainings and one I would like to highlight is NAPPI Verbal De-escalation Training which becomes handy in a multitude of difficult situations. Before this, I had been a nanny for families, I have worked with special needs children and I was also a volunteer at an elementary school in the after school program. I strongly believe I have many skills to bring to the table. But, the most important is creating a safe, kind environment for the child.
